Max’s Kitchen is moving and expanding it’s custom foods and kettle cooking to our newly built, 25,000 sq. ft. facility in Modesto, CA. The plant will be both USDA and SQF with the capacity to produce 40,000 Pounds of kettle based product per shift. We’ve added a raw meat processing room to support kettle production and produce stand alone meat products.
