After 30 years in the San Francisco Bay Area as a copacker, Max’s Kitchen is moving and expanding it’s custom sauces, kettle cooking and wholesale food products to our newly built facility in Modesto, CA. The plant will be FDA, USDA and SQF with the capacity to produce 40,000 pounds of kettle based product per shift. We’ve added a raw meat processing room to support kettle production and produce custom meat products.
